Craig is friendly, responsive, and as a product of Renfrew County, you would be hard-pressed to find anyone with more experience in the local real estate market than he has.   

Our first exposure to Craig’s professionalism and thoroughness occurred after we attempted to sell a recreational property not once, but two times.  In each instance, we engaged a long-time, well-known local real estate agent.  We were very disappointed in the performance of each of these agents.  Our disappointment was not only in the fact that the property did not sell (for that we cannot blame the agent), but during the process (each approximately 8 months long) we never heard from either agent, unless I contacted them for an update.  With Craig, this was definitely not the case. We received unsolicited monthly updates from Craig detailing the number of requests for information, the number of calls, the number of requests for walkthroughs, even the number of “hits” on the online advertisement.  We could not ask to be better informed than we were!  Through Craig we were able to sell this property.  The ultimate measure of our opinion of Craig’s service is that the following year we had need of real-estate services again.  I only made a single call and that was to Craig! This second time, Craig was also very successful in selling the property (in very short order).    

In both instances, Craig took the time to meet with us, walk the properties in question, and to discuss what our needs and expectations were with respect to pricing, timing, and any other issues we might have.  Craig was always very responsive to our communications which was much appreciated and helps to make the negotiation phase of the sale as painless as possible. 

In closing, Craig has become our “go-to guy” for our real estate needs, a position that is well earned!
